Turkey-Africa II. Economic and Business Forum, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, was organized in 10-11 October 2018 by the African Union (AU), Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK) and Turkey-Africa Business Councils with the aim of strategically developing commercial and economic relations with Africa. 

Bringing together political leaders, executive decision makers, leading portfolio managers and business people, Turkey-Africa II. Economic and Business Forum was opened by H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey, H.E. Dr. Mulatu Teshome, President of Etiopia, H.E. Edouard Ngirente, President of Rwanda, Ruhsar Pekcan, Minister of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey, H.E. Victor Harison, Commissioner for Economic Affairs African Union Commission, Nail Opak, President of DEIK and Melaku Ezezew, Vice President of Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Our Sales Manager for Construction Sector, Mr. Durmus Bugra Bircan, represented Tekbem in this important event together with the representatives of our customers actively working in the region and had several bilateral meetings.
