As a result of our ongoing sales and marketing activities in Qatar since 2018, we have signed an agreement with Macalloy of the UK and are now Macalloy’s authorized business partner for the sales of their products in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
Producing special steel products for almost 100 years now, Macalloy is especially known for their post tensioning bars (PT Bars) first developed in 1948 which are more commonly known as Macalloys Bars (MacBars) worldwide. During the 1980s, world-famous architect of the time, Sir Norman Foster, was appointed to design a high-tech building by the French automobile manufacturer Renault for their operation in the UK which led Macalloy to design and produce architectural tensioning systems to be used in this project for the first time. Today, many of the leading architects in the world still adopt the innovative design principles of the Renault building to their designs.
