The supplied vertical coil handling tong has a 30-ton lifting capacity and securely transports coils using a dual-jaw clamping method. This specialized equipment, weighing 8000 kg, has been manufactured according to FEM A7 standards and is designed to withstand 1,000,000 handling operations.
This tong can safely handle coils up to 1300 mm in width and 2100 mm in diameter, with a maximum temperature of 150 degrees Celsius. Moreover, its fully mechanical operation ensures ease of use while minimizing maintenance and energy costs.
