A leading domestic steel plant, also well-recognized in international markets, has chosen our company for the safe handling of high-temperature products. We have successfully delivered a total of three specially manufactured profile bundle lifting magnets to the facility.

The magnets are designed to withstand temperatures up to 600°C, making them ideal for demanding steel production environments. These specially developed magnets ensure the safe transportation of high-temperature profile bundles, contributing directly to operational efficiency and workplace safety.

Each magnet boasts impressive technical specifications, featuring a 13 kW power capacity and weighing 4,600 kg, making them highly suitable for use in heavy industry. Additionally, the magnets have a 75% duty cycle, allowing them to perform reliably under intense and continuous working conditions.

The internal coil system has been custom-designed for this project. This specialized coil structure enables on-site replacement in the event of any malfunction, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance costs. This flexibility helps maintain operational continuity and boosts overall productivity.
