We have successfully completed the delivery of a hydraulic ingot tong, specially designed for ingot handling operations.
The tong is capable of safely handling ingots with diameters ranging from 250 mm to 830 mm. With its high-temperature resistance, it ensures reliable performance in operations involving ingots with temperatures up to 900 °C.
Thanks to its rotating head design, ingots can be securely detached from the root section. In addition, the articulated gripping mechanism allows ingots to be handled both in a vertical position and tilted safely into a horizontal position when required.
Developed with new-generation technologies, this ingot tong provides safe operation, high efficiency, and flexible handling capabilities, offering an effective solution to the demanding processes of the steel industry.
