Together with our Italian business partner Slingofer, we continue to supply tongs to steel service centers.
One of our customers reported frequent mechanical issues over time and required the tongs they were using to be repaired or replaced in a short period. Based on the issues and needs our customer experienced with their previous brand of tongs, we designed high-performance, long-lasting double-jawed vertical coil tongs with a carrying capacity of 40 tons.
The fact that our customer placed an additional order within 10 days of receiving the product is a clear indication of their satisfaction.
