Together with our Italian business partner GIDA SRL, we continue to provide services to our customers producing in the field of Iron and Steel.
Recently, magnetic transportation systems have come to the fore in rolling mills where lifting with sling is inappropriate in terms of occupational health and safety. In this respect, our company, which is a leader in its field and offers high-level service, has started to make a name for itself in bar rolling mills. With our magnetic lifting system consisting of 4 magnets, each with a power of 6 kW, 4 rebar bundles with a diameter of 300mm and a length of 12 meters are transported safely. Our magnets are manufactured to operate at high temperatures since the rebar coming out of the rolling mill is still hot after the cutting and binding process. The installation and commissioning services of the magnetic lifting systems were also provided by Tekbem team and after commissioning, the entire rolling mill team was trained on their use.
