Electromagnetic Brakes
Electromagnetic brakes are systems that are made up of core and winding in a box.

Place of Usage
Electromagnetic brakes are most commonly used at rolling mills.
Properties
Electromagnetic brakes are placed on rolling line of beams, plates, angle brackets, ribbed and round bars to slow down and eventually stop the hot materials without damaging them.
Operating Principle
Just like all other magnetic equipment produced for automation, electromagnetic brakes are also unique products designed as per customer demands and requests to get the best solution. They are positioned under platforms or belts and catch or slow down the material passing from above by the magnetic fields they generate. Self-cooling and water-cooling models are available.
Maintenance
Electromagnetic brakes are wearing parts which require periodic preventive maintenance. Outer parts of our electromagnetic brakes are made of wear inhibitor material and can be replaced easily.
